$500 shady deals of no refund

Refuse to refund the deposit and what brought me in the first place disappeared and the form 500 was padded up, had to put a stop payment of 23500 dollars as a down payment. Did a little checking around this Taylor Made Mobile Home in Chiefland has a bad reputation of keeping people $500 deposit when nothing has been done of any kind except verbal search of bank to fit my needs and also to post pone after january due to new taxes from withdraw of ira account
and then they call to redo form 500 again (several times) can't do the tile floor.
